At ArtfulTea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose leaf tea experience. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened tea or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our blending facility in Santa Fe.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
